Insightful two days on the subject of Agile Leadership with Nils Oud. Despite a pandemic, Nils managed to provide my colleagues & me with a wonderful workshop exploring the space for agile leaders in our organisation, thus not only preparing us for our (PAL-E) certification with scrum.org, but even more so for the part of our agile journey that still lies ahead. I attended the PSPO training by Nils Oud which was very well structured, much more comprehensive than I expected and by far exceeded my expectations.
