Nils solidly addressed the diverse interests of an heterogeneous group in a smooth and natural fashion. The classes were very dynamic and interactive, and fostered our critical thinking and introspection by means of simple (but sometimes not easy) exercises.

Insightful two days on the subject of Agile Leadership with Nils Oud. Despite a pandemic, Nils managed to provide my colleagues & me with a wonderful workshop exploring the space for agile leaders in our organisation, thus not only preparing us for our (PAL-E) certification with scrum.org, but even more so for the part of our agile journey that still lies ahead. I would highly recommend bringing Nils into your organisation, if you want to start a better dialogue on agile leadership, leaderhsip styles and maturity of leaders in your organisation and many more topics in the space between a leader and self-managing teams.

Nils is extremely knowledgeable about Scrum and agile leadership! I attended the Professional Scrum Product Owner - Advanced (PSPO-A) class with Nils Oud in Munich. The class was well-prepared and engaging, covering the syllabus for the PSPO-II certification. Throughout the course, participants worked in groups to apply the knowledge in a realistic case study. Nils made sure there was plenty of opportunity also to discuss the challenges the participants were facing in their day-to day work as product owners. After finishing the class and completing the recommended reading material, I was able to complete the PSPO-II certification on the first pass.

I attended the PSPO training by Nils Oud which was very well structured, much more comprehensive than I expected and by far exceeded my expectations. A very good preparation for the certification from my point of view, but above all very practical with a lot of time for exchange and practical application.
